• Cougar Egypt does not apply fixed shipping rates.

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2 times.

• If delivery fails due to unavailability, the package may be returned and additional re-shipping fees may apply.
